August 25, 2024 marked an important milestone for the Vietnamese Pickleball community with the opening event of TA Vital Pickleball - Mystery Cup tournament in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. It is a pioneering tournament that adopts a random pairing format, attracting almost 150 athletes and enthusiastic cheers from around 500 spectators.

Mystery Cup stands out for its unique competition format: instead of registering as a team, athletes register to participate as individuals and are randomly matched by the Organizing Committee (BTC), which creates a great opportunity to meet, socialize and make friends with other Pickleball players in the community. The game is divided into 2 categories: newbie - intermediate (morning) and intermediate - intermediate (afternoon)

• Newbie - Intermediate category: for beginners, will be randomly paired with an average experienced person, providing opportunities to learn and grow.
• Intermediate - Intermediate category: for intermediate players paired with each other, promising intense matches and balance of skills.

This arrangement ensures every player has the opportunity to participate and compete at a level that suits their skill
